Log into familysearch.org.
Click on "Community" under the "Help" menu.
Ask a question or join a group.
Groups are administered by professionals at the Family History Library and questions/posts are answered/followed by them as well as by other members in the community, many of whom are native to the particular region in question and are native speakers of the language.
You can get help with research problems, translation, etc. You never know what someone else can help you with until you join the community and ask the question!
